DATA PROCESSING

We have an integrated ‘on-the-fly’ data processing workflow using cryoSPARC-Live during the data collection. It allows preferential orientation and particle/image quality analysis, which provides the plasticity on the data acquisition for data acquisition adjustments, increasing the data quality and resulting in an initial 3D reconstruction in-live.
Moreover, our facility grants access to one of our six GPU-based (RTX-3090 NVIDIA) workstations and storage. We have all of the most commonly used software packages for single-particle and subtomogram averaging analysis (Relion 4.0, cryoSPARC 3.3, EMAN 2.91, cisTEM, Phenix, Coot, CCPEM, Amira, Dynamo, PEET, etc).
