IMAGING

Our EM service covers the entire technical process required for EM imaging workflow. The desired samples can be supplied by our customers or produced by us, and then subjected to negative staining EM (optional). 
Negative staining EM is a convenient approach for quickly screening homogeneous samples and offers an initial model for acquiring cryo-EM structures with high resolution (if necessary). Followed by operations related to cryo-EM, including sample vitrification, data acquisition and processing, three-dimensional (3D) model reconstruction, and refinement.
